Refunds

Refunds will be given on merchandise total only. Merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in SAME Condition in which it was received. Your refund or exchange will be given AFTER we receive the item. We are not able to refund any shipping or insurance charges incurred.

Refund will be given as an exchange or cash back to original account in which you paid.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to health codes and laws peirced earrings, either with ear wires or posts are non-refundable.

All of our products are original works of art because they are hand-painted and hand-assembled.

Although there may be slight variations from the photo shown, the differences if any would be minimal. The differences may be in color or placement of components used, this is due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry and frames.
